How to use our high
value/low cost
vacation
certificates to
increase recruiting
and product sales.
This
information is
designed to help you
learn how to use our
high value/low cost
vacation
certificates to
increase recruiting
and product sales.
We’ll also discuss
some of the details
of the vacations.
First of all the
vacation awards
themselves are
backed by Wyndham
Worldwide, Marriott
Hotels and Carnival
Cruise Lines. Names
in the travel
industry you can
trust. Each award is
worth 8 to 15 times
more in retail value
what you are paying
for it. So what you
get is a tool that
can provide real
motivation to your
prospective recruit
or customer for a
very low cost.
We’ll give more
details on the
vacations in a
minute. Let’s
discuss the
applications.
First
topic is Recruiting
There are several
ways and steps these
awards can benefit
your recruiting
process. One option
is to use them as
door prizes. A
number of our
members (reps, IBO’s,
distributors,
whatever the
appropriate
terminology) will
purchase say 10 of
our 3 Day/2 Night
packages (valued up
to $460) or the
5Day/ 4 Night Hawaii
or St. Thomas
(valued up to $880)
and say to
prospects, “If you
attend the
presentation this
week you will have a
chance to win one of
several 5 day/4
night Hawaii
vacations (or
whatever the
appropriate vacation
is) we are giving
away that evening.
In fact, one
successful network
marketer gives away
several 3 day/2
night packages and
several Hawaii
packages in the same
meeting.
Another method that
has had great
success is offering
the 3
day/2 night package
as a shameless bribe
to a prospect in
exchange for them
coming to the
presentation,
whether in a home at
a hotel or even
online. You do not
give them the award
unless they come to
the presentation.
Simply say “we are
having a special
promotion, anyone
attending the
presentation will
receive a 3 day
family vacation good at
a variety of locations
around the country”.
Then, before they
leave, offer the
prospect a Hawaii,
St. Thomas or one of
the regional
products in exchange
for the 3 /2
vacation IF they join tonight
( or this week or by
“X” date).
Please remember
these vacation
awards are to be
used one per
household, per year.
They are designed
for incentive,
awards and gifts.
Not for personal use
although you can use
one for yourself.
But one per
household/year.
Second Application
is Product Sales
Vacation
certificates can
also be used to sell
products just as
effectively as they
can be used in
recruiting. A common
use of vacation
awards is to
“up-sell” a
customer. Perhaps
they were going to
purchase $75 of a
product(s) and you
may offer them a
vacation certificate
(valued up to $460)
for an order of
$150 or more.
Another way to do
this – one of our
clients tells their
customers if they
purchase 2 cases of
their product, they
will give the
customer a 3 day
vacation valued up
to $460! The
customer feels like
it’s a great value.
They are saving on
the price of the
product when they
buy a case, plus the
vacation is valued
up to $460. And they
are only spending
$300 for the 2 cases
of product. What a
value.
You could also tier
the promotion. Buy 2
cases - get a 3
day/2 night
vacation. Purchase a
third case and
receive a 5 day/ 4
night
vacation. That’s
“up-selling”.
Motivate Downline
These vacation
awards can be great
motivators for your
downline as well.
You could say,
sponsor two new
downline this month
and get a St. Thomas
5 day vacation (or
the 4 day/3 night
vacation).
The ideas are
endless and I’m sure
you’ll think of some
applications I
haven’t thought of.
